How It Works

Step One

Select the best option that works for you by choosing from month-to-month subscription, 6-month pre-pay or 12-month pre-pay.

Step Two

You'll receive a confirmation email with information on how to access your private online community (Facebook group).

Step Three

In your private Facebook group, you'll connect with me and your fellow athletes, and schedule your monthly coaching calls.

This program is for you if you are: 

  • An adult athlete or active individual wanting to elevate your game, and stay there for as long as possible

  • An aging athlete beginning to notice changes in your physical and mental performance

  • Having trouble accomplishing goals due to mindset challenges such as lack of focus, self-discipline or motivation

  • Navigating challenges of adulthood such as demanding adult responsibilities, stress, or sleep troubles while also trying to make your health and performance a priority

  • Experiencing physical roadblocks such as fatigue, poor recovery time, or recurring inflammation

  • Someone who doesn’t have a personalized game plan specifically tailored to your goals, lifestyle and nutritional needs

This monthly group coaching program includes two 90-minute small group coaching video calls per month (limit of 8 people per session), unlimited access to a private Facebook group, relevant worksheets for each coaching session and live weekly Q&As with yours truly. All for just $30 per month!

As a welcome gift, I’m giving the month of February for FREE to anyone who signs up for a month-to-month subscription by January 30. If for any reason you find that this program isn’t for you, you can cancel any time – no questions asked.

Coaching calls will be hosted on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4:30pm to 6:00pm (MST).  Since each call will have a maximum of 8 participants I ask that you sign up for your desired time slot ahead of time so I know who to expect. Additional slots will be added as the number of participants grows.  

I will be using Google Meet for coaching calls. 

Each call will begin with a check-in on goals and progress.  Once everyone has had a chance to share, I will share tips, tricks and strategies relating to one of the following topics: 

  • Creating your personalized game plan
  • Mindset
  • Nutrition
  • Stress management
  • Training
  • Recovery
  • Habits and routines
  • Ergogenic aids
  • Natural bio-hacks

The topic for each session will be determined in the Facebook group prior to the call. 

Each coaching call will end with each participant making commitments for what they will work on before the next call. 

I’ve made cancelling your subscription super easy!  Once you enroll in the program, you’ll have access to your account where you can edit your subscription preference.   A couple clicks and you’re free – no questions asked.
