Before the challenge begins, you will identify 5 habits to commit to for 30 days and announce them in the private Facebook group. To help you identify your 5 habits, consider selecting them from the following categories:
Those who join the challenge will be emailed a link to a private Facebook group with all other participants. Here you can get support and accountability for completing your daily habits.
Every time you complete a habit, you get a point. Participants that complete their habit at least 90% of the time will receive a prize (a minimum of 5 habits is required to be eligible).
