In order to help you track your progress, download the Daily Habit Tracking Worksheet. You can print it out, download as an editable .pdf or save it as a photo and use the “mark up” feature on your mobile device.
Step 2. Pick 5 habits.
Before the challenge begins, you will identify 5 habits to commit to for 30 days and announce them in the private Facebook group. To help you identify your 5 habits, consider selecting them from the following categories:
EAT
MOVE
SLEEP
REFLECT
HYDRATE
DETOXIFY
DECLUTTER
WELL-BEING
MONEY
CONNECT
Step 3. Join the online community.
Those who join the challenge will be emailed a link to a private Facebook group with all other participants. Here you can get support and accountability for completing your daily habits.
Step 4. Track your points and share your progress.
Every time you complete a habit, you get a point. Participants that complete their habit at least 90% of the time will receive a prize (a minimum of 5 habits is required to be eligible).
