I’m looking for a handful of motivated adult athletes that are ready to put in the work to elevate their game and take a huge leap toward achieving their health, fitness and performance goals.
These athletes will be enrolled in my 3-month coaching program and receive bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for a HUGE discount. Beta testers will receive almost 70% off the cost of the program which turns out to be only $50/month! See below for what’s included.
As a beta tester, you will receive unlimited lifetime access to exclusive online content, 6 hours of private coaching and access to a private online community for additional support. In exchange, you will agree to provide feedback on the course content, learning platform, coaching and materials. Plus, you’ll be asked to submit an honest testimonial at the end of the program that will be used in future marketing.
AND! Upon completion of the program, all beta testers will be eligible to join the Athlete for Life Monthly Group Coaching Program for just $15/month (normally $30/month). This way you can continue to receive support, guidance and accountability from me and other athletes on a monthly basis.
The first module will be available May 1, 2022 and your first coaching session will be scheduled during the following week.
Each beta tester will commit to a 3-month program which will provide 6 online course modules and 6 bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Each coaching session will reference the course content so each participant agrees to go through the appropriate module prior to each session.
The total time commitment will be around 4 hours every 2 weeks (1 hour to go through course content, 1 hour for coaching session, and 2 hours to do course "homework" between sessions).
Along the way, I ask that you provide any feedback that comes to mind about the content, coaching or materials. At the end of the 3 months, I ask that you provide an honest testimonial about your experience with the program.
Course content will be provided as bi-weekly modules and will serve as the foundation for each coaching call. Content will cover the following areas: goal setting, nutrition, stress management, mindset, recovery, and training. See the draft curriculum below for a breakdown and schedule of these topics.
Online content will include short video lessons and corresponding downloads with exercises (aka homework) to help you implement specific actions for achieving your goals. This content will be accessed through a password-protected learning platform on my website.
Every two weeks, you and I will meet to discuss the topic covered in the appropriate module. During these 1 hours sessions we will go over your homework and check in on your progress. I will provide accountability and coach you through challenges that you might be facing. I will also be available between sessions in a private Facebook group with other beta testers for additional support and accountability.
Sessions will be hosted via Zoom and will take place during one of my available time slots every other week. Prior to the first session, you will be able to choose from several options in the early morning, late afternoon or evening. All sessions will take place on week days and I will allow for some re-scheduling but there will be no make up sessions available.
The program curriculum is still in development but these are the major topic areas that will be covered during each 4-week phase. The contents covered in each of the 6 modules module will be discussed at the corresponding coaching session (6 modules = 6 coaching sessions).
