I’ve been competing in sports since I was 6 years old. Since then, I’ve been on a journey to be a better athlete. I’m now in my late 30s and I’m not only in the best shape of my life, but I’m competing at the highest level I’ve ever experienced.
In addition to working on elevating my own game, I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes to help them do the same. I can’t wait to share with you the approach that I use to help athletes achieve their health, fitness and performance goals.
