How it works

The Commitment.

Each participant will complete each of the 6 online course modules and homework prior to their bi-weekly private coaching sessions. 

The total time commitment is estimated to be 2 hours per week to complete each module, do homework and attend the coaching session. 

The Content.

Course content will be provided as bi-weekly video lessons and will serve as the basis of each coaching session. 

Online content will include short video lessons and exercises to help you implement specific actions. 

The Coaching.

You and I will meet bi-weekly via Zoom to go over your homework and check in on your progress. I will provide accountability and coach you through challenges that you might be facing.  Each participant will also receive additional support and accountability in our private Facebook community.
