Q:  What’s the difference in the four eating philosophies?

A:  I’m glad you asked!  This blog post provides a brief description of each of the four eating philosophies and may help you choose the best one based on your personal preferences and performance or physique goals.

Q: Do I have to stick with the same training goal or eating philosophy each month that I’ve subscribed?

A: Absolutely not.  Just shoot us an email and let us know which features you’d like to change for the next month.

Q:  Can I change my eating philosophy or training goal in the middle of a month?

A: Unfortunately, no.  Our coaches design your entire monthly programs in advance so you wouldn’t be able to change during the middle of a month.  You can, however, change your features for the next month in your program (see above).

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: You may cancel your subscription at any time but will be responsible for paying 75% of the total amount due for the remaining months in your subscription.

Q: Can I receive one-on-one coaching from a nutrition coach about my meal plan?

A:  Yes!  You can upgrade to one of our ELITE packages and receive additional attention from an expert nutrition coach as well as more customized meal plans.  You will have the option to upgrade to ELITE features soon after you subscribe and submit payment.

Q: Can I receive one-on-one coaching from a strength and conditioning coach about my exercise program?

A:  Yes!  You can upgrade to one of our ELITE packages and receive additional attention from an expert strength and conditioning coach as well as a more customized program and feedback on form.  You will have the option to upgrade to ELITE features soon after you subscribe and submit payment.

Q: How can I gain access to the exclusive online community?

A: For every month that you subscribe for one of the three features (wellness coaching, meal planning or strength and conditioning programming), you will have access to the online community.

Q: When will I receive my meal plan or strength and conditioning program?

A:  You will receive your meal plan and/or strength and conditioning program in your inbox 3 days before the month that you subscribe.  If you have NOT received your products and you are a current subscriber, please contact us.

Q:  I have a specific question for my nutrition coach, how can I contact him/her?

A:  You can log into the community and start a new topic with your question.

Q:  Can I use another form of payment other than PayPal?

A:  Currently our preferred method of payment is PayPal but if you’d like to send a check we can certainly arrange for that.  Just contact us and we’ll tell you where to send it.
