The most important part of goal achievement is going through the process of setting goals, identifying how those goals are going to get achieved AND having a plan in place for measuring progress. During this 1-hour session (hosted via zoom), I work with athletes to create a customized game plan which includes: a vision, long-term goals, short-term goals, an action strategy, an approach for evaluating progress, and an implementation strategy. This game plan lays the foundation for what and how results will be achieved, and therefore must be completed by every athlete that I work with.
Most coaching packages include private coaching sessions, but these sessions can be booked separately if you prefer. This option is usually for current clients who have been through a monthly program and are looking to revise their game plan and/or want some additional guidance, support and accountability without committing to another monthly program.
Individual coaching sessions are hosted via Zoom unless a local client makes other in-person arrangements. Each hour of coaching can be split up into smaller time-increments to fit in your busy schedule and spread out over a 4-week period. Some clients prefer shorter 15-minute sessions twice per week, while others may prefer 1-hour sessions every other week. Clients must have completed a 1-hour Game Plan Creation Session prior to any private coaching sessions.
This option is for the athlete that has access to a gym and wants a professional to tell them which sport-specific exercises to do in order to reach their performance goals. These programs are written by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (Mike Anderson) that has experience working with many different elite athletes. Each 4-week plan includes access to the TeamBldr app. This app is where you'll find your personalized and sport-specific workouts, and features demonstration videos of all exercises. You'll also have the opportunity to receive free remote feedback from Coach Mike on form or ask for modifications to exercises as needed.
This is for the athlete that wants to know exactly what to eat and when in order to achieve their health, fitness and/or performance goals. Each nutrition plan will include a 4-week plan and will include recipes that align with dietary preferences, body composition goals, and performance goals. Every athlete that signs up for this service must complete a Game Plan Creation Session. Macronutrient counts can be provided for each individual meal are available for an additional $30 charge.
Want a Certified Nutrition Coach and Sports Nutritionist to take a look at your food journal and provide recommendations on changes to make in order to achieve your performance goals? All you have to do is tell me what goal you'd like to achieve with your nutrition and send me a 7-day food log. I'll review and send back detailed recommendations on changes to make. Easy peasy.
This is my most booked service because it's the best bang for your buck, and has the potential to yield incredible results.
Each monthly coaching package includes a Game Plan Creation Session and 2 hours of private coaching (a $225 value). This 2 hours of private coaching can be split up into smaller time increments spread out throughout a 1-month period. For example, athletes can choose to have two 15-minute check-ins per month or opt for longer 1-hour sessions every 2 weeks. Or any other combination that adds up to 2 hours. Minimum session time is 15 minutes and maximum session time is 1 hour.
This package also includes unlimited email or text support in between sessions.
Athletes can choose to pay in full for a 3 month package and receive a 10% discount (which turns out to be $378 for 3 months) or pay month-to-month. Athletes who commit to a 6-month commitment and pay-in-full, will receive 15% off (which turns out to be $714 or $119/month - what a steal!).
From my experience, clients that choose a 6-month coaching package typically are the most successful at implementing changes and achieving their goals. This option really helps us get into a consistent groove, revise your game plan if needed and work through challenges as they pop up during that time (and they will!).
There will be a heavy emphasis on nutrition during these sessions but we will also address other challenges that need to be addressed in order to maximize success. These challenges may be related to: mindset, habits/routines, training, recovery practices, and stress management.
