    My 5 favorite fats for cooking and baking

    As a follow-up to my previous post which outlines the criteria for selecting healthy fats for cooking and baking, I put together a list of my 5 favorite fats that I use and explain why those are the only ones I ever have in my fridge or pantry.   1.
