What motivates you?

I love asking my clients this question because the answer is always different.  There’s some self-exploration required in order to figure out what motivates you to set goals, stick to new habits, and do what it takes to accomplish those goals.  

The first step in setting your goals is to understand what it is that you’re motivated by.  Our unique personalities can be influential in determining how we set and achieve goals. The tips below are based on the 9 Enneagram types.

Now that you have a better idea of what motivates you, you can begin to set goals that make most sense for your personality.  Below are some tips for goal setting based on the different motivation style types.
